Beautiful Forsyth Park Engagement | Savannah, GA

You know the feeling you get when you communicate back and forth with someone a few times, then you finally meet them in person, and it’s like you have known them forever? That’s what I felt with this sweet couple. We exchanged the biggest hugs, like we were long lost best friends reuniting. That feeling is indescribable, and it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. They cannot have made me any happier!

Ericka and Tyler live in Chicago, and decided to have their wedding in Savannah in November! Thanks to a recommendation from a sweet friend and fellow photographer, they chose me to photograph that amazing day! Wormsloe Plantation of all places— somebody pinch me!! While they were here meeting some other vendors and taking care of business, I wanted to squeeze in a little engagement shoot for them! These are so important for me to include with a wedding, because it not only gives you beautiful photos, but it lets us become comfortable with each other! You know what to expect from me, and I learn what you like, and don’t like! So when it’s your wedding day, you not only have a photographer show up, you have a friend! Someone who wants you to be happy more than anything, and will do all she can to make it happen!

These two beautiful people were so fun and easy to photograph. They are so in love after TEN beautiful years, and it makes them both glow! They way he looks at her. So happy, proud, and full of love. She is a lucky girl! They are one of my most adorable couples yet, and I’m so excited to share these photos. I am looking so forward to November, where they will become husband and wife, in the most beautiful place in Savannah! (Update- check out their wedding photos here!!)

After weeks of stormy nights, I was excited to finally see some of this glowy light I am obsessed with!

Seriously, can they BE any cuter???

Thank you again for choosing me Ericka and Tyler!! I hope you love these as much as I do! Big hugs!!
